Christmas came and went in a ‘Disney’ style whirlwind ( we still managed a diva night out 'networking' at Brides Up North Christmas get togther ), leaving the Divas a much needed month off (well almost ) to prepare for what was to come….

OMG what a crazy few months it has been here at DIVA HQ - first of all the website goes live, then we seem to have a month of continuous wedding fairs to exhibit at and then we are running several stitch clubs as after-school clubs on a weekly basis plus party bookings !!!!! Busy busy busy but we love it.

This blog post is a special one dedicated to Vintage Glam Christmas Style, we were asked to create a Christmas window display by Cutting Club ( an exclusive salon here in Lincolnshire )but not a 'traditional' one, one that compliments their Paul Mitchell products and poster - think 1920's, gold, glam and very sophisticated - we can do that no problem!!!!!

Monday morning it was all about the mini divas with our first stitch club holiday club and wow what a success :>

The morning saw them get busy with designing and creating some amazing padded hearts with applique detailing on the front, some of them even hand stitched their name,. We were so impressed!!!!

The start of another crazy week and we had to complete our ribbon tie-sided knickers for a contribution to a new craft book entitled 'a 101+ things to do with ribbon by the fabulous Montaz @TheCraftCafe who writes cosilikemakingstuff blog. The book is to be released late 2013 – don't worry we will keep you posted.

Back in Diva HQ – the commissions are flooding in – apron / bunting / two cushions / an IPhone cover and a special headband.

Well this week it's all about The Cats Pyjamas Burlesque Afternoon Tease that took place on Sunday the 29th July in Cleethorpes and getting organised. TDD had a stall and a catwalk show to get ready for. Four Diva models – our fab original style bridal t-shirts, handmade pinny's and garters took centre stage at 2.30pm on Sunday.

The week started off for Diva Clare north of the border – visiting family in Scotland for a few days – thanks to modern technology work can still be done.

Sunday saw another hen party booking for August – and not too far away either it's in Louth. Looking forward to that, if you would like to book a party, contact us.
