Terms & Conditions

* Geographically we can cover Leeds / Manchester / York / Sheffield / Lincoln / Nottingham / Hull and towns such as Doncaster / Scunthorpe / Grimsby and anywhere in between.

* Costs range from £20 - £30 per head depending on location and includes all materials and pants plus retro-style sweet buffet and complimentary glass of pink fizz ( if party not being held on a licenced premises).

* Minimum numbers 10 and max 20

* Smaller parties could be accommodated but a minimum party fee of £200 applies.


1. Enquiry
Price and availability advised upon initial enquiry and is valid for 14 days.

2. Confirmation
Payment of a booking deposit fully secures the date and price and must be made by the 14th day of initial enquiry, unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement. Invoice will be dated from date of initial enquiry.

3. Payment
a.) A booking deposit of £10 per person is required to fully secure your chosen date.
b.) If minimum numbers are less than 10, 50% of the total party fee is required as the booking deposit.
c.) Final balance of party to be paid no less than 14 days prior to the party.
d.) Payment options will be detailed on all invoices. Clients to inform Top Drawer Diva of
preferred method of payment by email.

4. Venue

Preferably venue to be supplied by client; can be client's own home or venue of choice. Top Drawer Diva has a few venues that they work with in Manchester and Leeds and can help source a suitable venue if required.
NB any additional cost for venue hire is to be paid by the client.

5. Preparation for Party
a.) The party works well with everyone seated at tables. If this is not possible, it does work in a sitting room environment.
b.) It is necessary for the sewing machines we bring along to be set up on a table close to electricity points, or close enough to reach via our extension cable.
c.) Iron and ironing board can be set up on the same table as machines or on a worktop.
NB events can be complemented with afternoon tea.

6. Loss and damage
a.) Booking deposit and final balance are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.by the client.
b.) If Top Drawer Diva cancel the party, a full refund will be issued to the client.
c.) Any breakage, loss or damage caused during the event will be charged to the client at the full replacement cost.
d.) Top Drawer Diva will not be liable for the loss or damage of any property belonging to the client during the event, however caused.
e.) The client will indemnify Top Drawer Diva against all proceedings, costs, fees, payment, expenses, liabilities, losses and damages arising out of the actions or non-performance of the client.

7. Queries
Any queries or complaints relating to an event must be received in writing within 7 days of the event. Top Drawer Diva will endeavour to reply within 14 working days.

8. Force Majeure
No liability is accepted for the failure of an event running due to strike, lock out, terrorism, weather, hostilities, act of God or any other circumstances outside Top Drawer Diva's control.

9. Limitation of Liability
No liability is accepted for loss, damage or consequential loss caused by Top Drawer Diva's failure to perform its obligations (whether that failure is due to negligence on the part of Top Drawer Diva or its subcontractors or due to other causes). Even in the cause of Top Drawer Diva helping source a venue for the client, Top Drawer Diva cannot be held responsible or have any liability if the venue is not suitable or available for any reason.

10. Law of Content
The performance, the validity, construction and all aspects of the order shall be governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Payment of booking deposit will imply that the client accepts these terms and conditions.
